All menus can be customized to fit the needs of any production crew. The menu items listed below are a sampling of our recipes. Our Chefs are experienced in rotating menus to meet the dietary preferences of everyone we serve. Many of our dishes are not listed and are implemented seasonally in order to source the freshest local products available.

Roadhouse Catering has a fleet of fully built out mobile kitchen trucks and a conveniently located commissary with a state of the art industrial catering kitchen.

Terms apply for productions with a minimum of 15 productions days. (Prices subject to change depending on crew size and length of production.)
Craft Service menus offered separately and range from $14/ person up to $23.00/ person. Our catering coordinators will customize your craft service’s needs.
